Dua pemain utama di pasar kendaraan listrik di Arab Saudi, yaitu Lucid dari Amerika Serikat dan Ceer, merek hasil kerjasama antara Public Investment Fund (PIF) dan Foxconn dari Taiwan, menarik perhatian dengan langkah-langkah besar dalam pengembangan industri otomotif di kerajaan.
