Waduk Tukul adalah waduk yang terletak di Kabupaten Pacitan Jawa Timur, waduk ini di resmikan oleh Presiden Jokowi pada 14 Februari 2021, waduk tukul memiliki kapasitas tampung sebesar 8,68 juta meter kubik dan luas genangan 44,81 hektare.

Saat ini waduk tukul di fungsikan sebagai irigasi dan pengendalian banjir 42,21 meter kubik perdetik juga berpotensi sebagai sumber Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Mikro Hidro (PLTMH) 2x 132kw.

Selain itu waduk tukul ini juga berfungsi sebagai sarana budidaya perikanan air tawar, sarana olahraga air, sarana rekreasi, dan lain sebagainya. Waduk Tukul difungsikan sebagai pusat pengairan untuk mengairi daerah irigasi seluas 600 hektar di Kabupaten Pacitan.

Kebutuhan listrik pada Kabupaten Pacitan ini masih belum terpenuhi sekitar 32% dari penduduk Pacitan. Walaupun sudah ada PLTU di Kabupaten Pacitan namun kebutuhan listrik masih kurang. Melihat kondisi ini terdapat potensi pengembangan PTLMH untuk menambah suplai listrik pada Kabupaten Pacitan.

Perencanaan pembagunan Pembangkit listrik tenaga mikro hidro

Dalam perencanaan pembangunan Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Mikro Hidro ini perlu dilakukan perhitungan evaporasi dengan metode penman dari perhitungan pembangkitan data, debit dan evaporasi tersebut akan dilakukan simulasi waduk tukul untuk mengetahui kondisi tampungan dan tinggi jatuh yang didapatkan untuk perencanaan Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Mikro Hidro (PTLMH).

Waduk Tukul memiliki tinggi jauh sebesar 60,1 meter dengan potensi debit pembangkit yang digunakan 0,93 meter kubik per detik. Head besar dan debit tersebut memiliki potensi untuk dimanfaatkan menjadi pembangkit listrik karena memiliki head. Diatas 10 meter pada perencanaan ini debit air yang digunakan untuk memutar turbin adalah debit air irigasi dan air baku yang hanya digunakan sementara dan nantinya debit tersebut akan dikembalikan lagi ke sungai eksisting.
