Indonesia sendiri memiliki banyak usaha yang masih tergolong ke dalam perusahaan startup, terdiri dari startup games, startup edukasi, startup media dan e commerce, tapi tahukah sobat EBT Heroes ternyata ada juga loh startup bidang EBT, salah satunya perusahaan Ailesh Power.

Ailesh Power telah melewati masa 3 tahun fase awal bagi suatu perusahaan startup, karena mereka tercatat sudah ada sejak tahun 2018, dan sekarang tengah sibuk mengembangkan usaha energi baru terbarukan.

Solar energi adalah salah satu fokus utama perusahaan tersebut, untuk bisa semakin melebarkan sayap usaha, mereka juga membuka konsultasi terkait solar power dan energi baru terbarukan lainnya.

Maka dari itu, pada artikel kali ini Zona EBT akan mereview seputar perusahaan startup Ailesh Power ini, ada banyak insight yang bisa kalian dapatkan seputar Startup EBT yang masih terbilang jarang di Indonesia.

Profil Perusahaan Ailesh Power

Ailesh Power perusahaan dirikan di tahun 2018 ini, awalnya memiliki tujuan untuk mengatasi masalah isu energi dan lingkungan yang lambat laun makin memprihatinkan. Sehingga perusahaan ini hadir untuk membantu mengedukasi dan memberikan percontohan kepada masyarakat yang masih awam terhadap tingkat penanggulangan kerusakan lingkungan, dengan cara berbagi solusi, konsultasi, dan memanfaatkan solar energi.

FYI, ide pendirian Ailesh Power dicetuskan oleh dua orang yakni Fano Alfian dan Cahaya Prautama, tahun 2017 mereka berdua menciptakan suatu tim penelitian bertajuk Green Energi UGM, untuk mengelola proyek energi biomassa dan biohidrogen

Tujuan dari pendirian tim penelitian tersebut karena adanya kepincangan yang terjadi di lapangan antara para peneliti dengan industri di Indonesia.

Salah satu unit bisnis yang juga tercantum dalam visi dan misi berdirinya perusahaan ini, tugas AGC adalah memberikan bantuan dan konsultasi terkait isu lingkungan dan energi.

Lebih dari itu, sejak AGC dibentuk sudah memiliki 3 area layanan utama, diantaranya yaitu:

  1. Product Footprint, penyusunan dokumen evaluasi lingkungan
  2. Corporate Footprint, melaksanakan audit energi dan audit lingkungan
  3. Sustainability Business Development, Persiapan untuk laporan lanjutan, seperti laporan ESG ( Environmental, Social, Governance)

Unit usaha bisnis lainnya yang dikembangkan oleh perusahaan ini untuk memberikan solusi dekarbonisasi, berdasarkan energi terbarukan dan rekayasa berkelanjutan, rekayasa energi bersih, dan manufaktur.

Berdasarkan pergerakannya ASERGY mempunyai 4 pemecahan masalah untuk mengatasi masalah penanganan karbon, diantaranya:

1. Solusi Energi Biomassa

Kegiatan untuk menghasilkan energi alternatif yang berasal dari pengelolaan limbah pertanian, perkebunan, dan limbah rumah tangga, karena mempunyai nilai energi tinggi lebih dari 4000 Kcal/kg, dan kandungan air rendah mencapai kurang dari 10%.

Keberadaan dari energi biomassa ini mampu menggantikan fungsi penggunaan bahan bakar batu bara, minyak, gas untuk proses pembakarannya. Sebab manfaat inilah AISERGY berupaya membantu memenuhi ketersediaan bahan bakar Biomassa di lingkungan perusahaan sesuai kebutuhan. AISERGY tercatat mampu memproduksi sebanyak 1 ton per bulan palet biomassa

Hasil dari produksi biomassa ini bisa berupa palet, briket,  palet hitam/palet arang, beserta produk semacam arang sekam, minyak kelapa sawit, tongkol jagung, dan serbuk gergaji.

2. Proses Gasifikasi dan Termal

Biomassa bukan satu-satunya solusi yang dimiliki oleh perusahaan ini dalam pemenuhan energi baru terbarukan, seperti ketika Ailesh Power bekerja sama dengan perusahaan asal Swedia.

Kolaborasi ini menghasilkan kegiatan pengolahan limbah dan sampah menjadi sumber energi panas melalui  gas sintetik, untuk menciptakan listrik dan sistem pemanas.

3. Peningkatan Biogas

Solusi ketiga yang diberikan dalam mengatasi masalah lingkungan dengan menggunakan teknologi dalam memanfaatkan limbah berbahan organik yang biasanya berasal dari kotoran ternak, limbah organik, limbah cari .

Hingga nantinya semua limbah itu akan diubah menjadi biogas yang bisa berguna untuk pembangkit listrik, mesin pemanas, dan sistem pembakaran pengganti bahan bakar dari fosil.

4. Layanan Efisiensi Energi

Terakhir solusi keempat ditawarkan untuk mengorganisir dan mengimplementasikannya sesudah melaksanakan audit energi.

Layanan ini berupa Detail Engineering Design sampai menerapkan solusi yang mampu menghasilkan efisiensi energi semacam sistem pemulihan panas, sistem pendingin dan sistem kompresi terintegrasi.

Unit usaha ketiga yang dimiliki karena mereka melihat tidak cukup hanya menciptakan solusi nyata terkait dekarbonisasi dan energi terbarukan, melainkan harus adanya suatu solusi untuk ekonomi sirkular.

Ekonomi sirkular disini adalah upaya perusahaan agar ikut terlibat dalam kegiatan ekonomi yang mengoptimalkan pemanfaatan sumber daya alam, mengurangi limbah, sehingga nantinya produksi produk tidak hanya terbatas ‘Produk’ lalu ‘Buang’.

Misalnya seperti layanan pengelolaan sampah, AGEV mempunyai layanan yang bermitra dengan Tempat Pengelolaan Sampah 3R (TPS3R) yang berfungsi untuk tempat pengelolaan dan pengembangan pemanfaatan sampah.
