Jakarta, 11 September 2024 – Society of Renewable Energy (SRE) bekerja sama dengan Kementerian Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral menyelenggarakan SRE Country Hub for Accelerating Electric Motorcycle Deployment (SRECharged) Roadshow Jakarta di Auditorium Universitas Pertamina, Jakarta. Program ini dilaksanakan melalui Swakelola Tipe III dari pembiayaan Proyek Enhancing Readiness for the Transition to Electric Vehicles in Indonesia (ENTREV).
Acara roadshow dihadiri oleh berbagai pembicara dari sektor pemerintah, industri, akademisi, dan komunitas untuk mendukung percepatan adopsi kendaraan listrik berbasis baterai di Indonesia, serta dimeriahkan dengan booth showcase motor listrik dari berbagai brand motor listrik yang dapat di test ride oleh para partisipan. Dengan tema “Membangun Ekosistem Kendaraan Listrik Berbasis Baterai Oleh Generasi Muda”, acara ini menekankan pentingnya peran generasi muda dalam membangun masa depan energi bersih melalui kendaraan listrik.
Dalam sambutannya, Rektor Universitas Pertamina, Prof. Dr. Ir. Wawan Gunawan A. Kadir, MS, menyatakan, “Saat ini 60% kendaraan di Indonesia didominasi oleh motor, oleh karena itu program transisi motor listrik SRECharged sangat tepat untuk mengurangi emisi karbon di Indonesia hingga 60%. Universitas Pertamina, sebagai universitas berbasis energi dan teknologi, siap menjadi pionir dalam mendukung gerakan keberlanjutan ini.”
Duwi Pratiwi dari tim PPK ENTREV memaparkan mengenai program ENTREV, yaitu sebuah proyek kolaborasi dengan UNDP, Kementerian ESDM, dan Direktorat Jenderal Ketenagalistrikan selama 4 tahun, yang telah melakukan berbagai studi kebijakan terkait pasar kendaraan listrik serta pembangunan Stasiun Pengisian Kendaraan Listrik Umum (SPKLU) di Jawa Barat. Fokus ENTREV adalah menciptakan ekosistem yang mendukung adopsi kendaraan listrik dengan memperluas infrastruktur SPKLU.
Talkshow “Sinergi Energi: Kolaborasi Multi-sektoral untuk Motor Listrik” menjadi salah satu sesi utama, yang membahas mengenai kolaborasi dalam membangun ekosistem kendaraan listrik. Harris S.T., M.T., Kepala Balai Besar Survei dan Pengujian Ketenagalistrikan EBTKE, menggarisbawahi peran pemerintah dalam mencapai target Net Zero Emission tahun 2060, dimana regulasi yang disusun serta sosialisasi kebijakan yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah berperan dalam membangun ekosistem kendaraan listrik yang kokoh.
Sementara itu, Dr. Mego Pinandito M.Eng., Deputi Bidang Kebijakan Pembangunan BRIN, menyatakan, “BRIN sebagai badan riset dan inovasi di Indonesia, memiliki peran dalam pengembangan riset dan inovasi terkait motor listrik di Indonesia, seperti apa saja komponen, kendali, desain, dan persyaratan yang harus dipenuhi, serta analisis kebutuhan”.
Di sektor industri, Okie Octavia Kurniawan, CEO Volta Group Indonesia, mengungkapkan komitmen Volta dalam membangun ekosistem motor listrik, termasuk memproduksi motor, menyediakan stasiun baterai, dan menawarkan skema kepemilikan yang terjangkau. Tantangan utama yang dihadapi, menurut Okie, adalah kurangnya kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap motor listrik dan masih rendahnya angka penjualan motor listrik dibandingkan dengan motor berbahan bakar bensin.
Dr. Eng. Wahyu Kunto Wibowo, S.T., M.Eng., Dosen Program Studi Teknik Elektro Universitas Pertamina menambahkan, “Akademisi memiliki peran penting dalam memberikan pemahaman kepada generasi muda, serta pengembangan studi. Saat ini, sudah cukup banyak ekosistem akademisi yang mengembangkan studi terkait motor listrik, baik dari pengembangan baterai, komponen motor, teknologi, dan penggunaan second life nya”.
Selain itu, para pembicara juga menyoroti tantangan-tantangan besar yang perlu diatasi, termasuk edukasi masyarakat, infrastruktur yang belum memadai, serta pengembangan teknologi baterai yang lebih efisien. Kesepakatan umum dari diskusi ini adalah pentingnya kolaborasi lintas sektor untuk mempercepat adopsi kendaraan listrik dan mewujudkan transformasi hijau di Indonesia.
Acara roadshow dilanjutkan dengan sesi diskusi panel bertajuk, “Transformasi Hijau: Masa Depan Konversi Motor Listrik”. Diskusi ini mengundang tokoh-tokoh penting dari pemerintah, industri, akademisi, dan komunitas, yang menyampaikan pandangan mereka tentang masa depan kendaraan listrik di Indonesia.
Patia Junjungan Monangdo dari Direktorat Industri Maritim, Alat Transportasi dan Alat Pertahanan (IMATAP) Kementerian Perindustrian, menjelaskan bahwa Kementerian Perindustrian telah mengeluarkan regulasi mengenai spesifikasi kendaraan listrik dan peta jalan pengembangannya, serta memberikan insentif bantuan motor listrik sebesar Rp 7 juta dan potongan 10%. Albert Soerjonoto, President Director Oyika Indonesia menambahkan, “Oyika Indonesia sebagai perusahaan infrastruktur penukaran baterai atau battery swap telah menyediakan alternatif battery swap yang lebih unggul daripada motor berbahan bakar bensin. Di Jabodetabek, kami sudah memiliki sekitar 150-200 swap station”.
Heret Frasthio, CEO Elders Garage, memaparkan “Kami adalah pionir dalam konversi motor listrik, khususnya vespa. Tantangan utama dalam membangun ekosistem motor listrik ini adalah bagaimana meyakinkan masyarakat bahwa motor listrik dapat menjadi tren baru,” ujarnya. Sebagai jawaban atas tantangan tren ini, Reiner Nathaniel Jabanto, Ketua Society of Renewable Energy (SRE) Indonesia, menjelaskan peran SRE dalam menggerakkan anak muda untuk terlibat aktif dalam menjadikan penggunaan tren motor listrik sebagai hal yang membanggakan melalui program SRECharged.
Acara SRE Charged Roadshow Jakarta ini diharapkan dapat menjadi momentum penting dalam mempercepat adopsi kendaraan listrik berbasis anak muda di Indonesia.
