Kualifikasi Umum:
- A Bachelor or Master Degree in Engineering (preferably in Chemical Engineering)
- 10 years relevant experience as a process engineer in water and / or waste water treatment industry, preferably in EPC
- Strong technical background in water and wastewater treatment processes
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Creativity, problem solver, strong communication skills, and proven leadership and mentoring skills
- Comfortable manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines
- Capable of working as part of a team or independently
- Proficient with applicable engineering software for water treatment design
Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
- Develop preliminary conceptual process engineering design development based on good engineering practice as and providing cost-effective solutions whilst ensuring technical compliance with client requirements
- Represent the company during technical and commercial meetings with potential customers, vendors and subcontractors
- Support the Sales Team on the technical presentations for meetings with potential or existing clients
- Conduct technical review and providing inputs into and approval of process detail engineering designs produced by the EPC
- To mentor junior process engineers and knowledge transfer within the team
- Preparing process designs and technical proposals for tenders
- Keep up to date with the latest technologies, design tools, in the water treatment field from local and international suppliers
- Candidate has a wide and strong network with various principle water treatment vendors or distributors to get the best support and sourcing for the goods procurement process
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure cross-functional alignment
- Perform other duties as assigned
