Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 2+ years in carbon projects, carbon markets, sustainability, or related sectors.
• Strong understanding of carbon markets and carbon accounting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-driven and comfortable in a fast-growing environment.
• Professional proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Verra, Gold Standard, Puro.earth, JCM, or similar standards.
• Experience in project registration, verification, or carbon credit commercialization.
• Network within Indonesia’s carbon market ecosystem.
• Experience in biochar, regenerative agriculture, forestry, blue carbon, or CDR projects.
• Familiarity with GIS, MRV, remote sensing, or related tools.

Carbon Project Development
• Lead carbon project development across sectors.
• Support project design, feasibility, and registration.
• Coordinate project stakeholders and implementation.
• Track market trends and new opportunities.
Carbon Asset Management
• Develop carbon asset strategies.
• Manage registration, verification, and issuance.
• Oversee carbon accounting and MRV.
• Assess pricing and revenue opportunities.
Business Development & Partnerships
• Build partnerships across the carbon ecosystem.
• Develop proposals and commercial opportunities.
• Represent SAWA in industry engagements.
• Maintain key stakeholder relationships.
Government & Policy Engagement
• Engage government and industry stakeholders.
• Monitor carbon policy and market developments.
• Support advocacy and policy initiatives.
Team Leadership
• Lead and mentor the team.
• Foster a high-performing work culture.
