Kualifikasi Umum
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) or above in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Renewable Energy, Automation, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the energy storage, renewable energy, or power industry.
- Experience in Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of Battery Systems, BMS, PCS, EMS, Transformers and Switchgear, and Grid Integration.
- Fluent English communication skills are a must.
- The candidate must be able to conduct technical discussions, presentations, documentation, and supplier communications in English.
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Design and develop technical solutions for Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects.
- Analyze customer requirements and propose optimized system configurations.
- Prepare technical proposals, system design documents, specifications, and tender submissions.
- Support the sales team during customer meetings, presentations, and technical discussions.
- Conduct technical due diligence and feasibility studies for energy storage projects.
- Coordinate with equipment manufacturers, EPC contractors, consultants, and customers throughout project development.
- Support project commissioning, testing, acceptance, and technical training activities.
- Monitor industry trends and continuously improve the company’s energy storage solutions and offerings.
- Participate in utility-scale, C&I, microgrid, and backup power projects across Indonesia.
