Malam Puncak Penganugerahan,  Inilah Para Punggawa IBEA 2023

Jakarta, 23 Februari 2023 – Perhelatan Indonesia Best Electricity Award (IBEA) 2023 akhirnya telah mendapatkan para pemenang dan ditutup secara resmi oleh Sekjen Kementerian ESDM, Rida Mulyana,  di Birawa Assembly Hall – Hotel Bidakara Jakarta Kamis (23/2/2023). Kegiatan IBEA diharapakn dapat mempercepat transisi energi.

Sekjen Kementerian ESDM, Rida Mulyana mengatakan, saat ini dunia sedang konsen penanganan isu global akibat perubahan iklim dan salah satu faktor penyebabnya adalah faktor energi. “Sekitar 86 persen sumber energi yang digunakan di Indonesia berasal dari energi fosil dan hanya 14 persen bersumber dari energi terbarukan. Bahkan 66 persen dari 86 persen energi fosil bersumber dari batubara yang merupakan penyumbang terbesar perubahan iklim,” jelas Rida menutup rangkaian acara IBEA 2023.

Rida menambahkan, untuk memerangi masalah tersebut diperlukan kerjasama semua pihak. “Ada pemerintah, BUMN, swasta, akademisi dan masyarakat luas termasuk rekan media seperti yang telah dilakukan pada IBEA,” kata dia.

Kementerian ESDM, kata Rida, sudah melakukan berbagai upaya untuk memerangi masalah perubahan iklim sejak Paris Agreement diresmikan sejak 2015 lalu. Baik dari segi dokumen, roadmap, dan sebagainya. Termasuk menindaklanjuti kerjasama yang dilakukan pada G20 lalu. “Kami berharap dengan adanya kegiatan semacam IBEA ini dapat membantu percepatan energi terbarukan,” imbuh Rida.

Jawara IBEA 2023

IBEA 2023 mencapai puncaknya dengan terpilihnya para Jawara IBEA 2023 sesuai dengan kategori. Para Dewan Juri IBEA 2023 yang beranggotakan 19 pakar di bidang kelistrikan dan energi, telah melalukan penilaian akhir melalui presentasi di simposium sejak 22-23 Februari 2023 terhadap 30 perusahaan yang menjadi Finalis IBEA 2023. Dewan Juri telah memutuskan para Juara IBEA 2023 untuk 5 Kategori yang diperebutkan, Special Award, dan Apresiasi dari Majalah Listrik Indonesia.
