Jakarta, 18 September 2024 – Resmi dibuka, rangkaian pameran dan forum internasional: Indo Water, Indo Waste & Recycling, Indo Renergy & Electric, Indo Security, Indo Firex, serta Indonesia International Smart City Expo (IISMEX) 2024 Expo & Forum, berhasil menghadirkan 542 peserta pameran dari 31 negara.
Managing Director PT Napindo Media Ashatama mengungkapkan dalam sambutan Opening Ceremony, acara yang berlangsung selama tiga hari di JIExpo Kemayoran ini terwujud berkat kolaborasi erat Napindo dengan berbagai lembaga pemerintah, termasuk Kementerian Dalam Negeri, Kementerian Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat (PUPR), Kementerian Perencanaan Pembangunan Nasional/Bappenas, Kementerian Lingkungan Hidup dan Kehutanan, Kementerian Koordinator Bidang Perekonomian, serta Kepolisian Republik Indonesia (POLRI) ditambah dukungan dari kementerian, lembaga, dan asosiasi terkait lainnya. “Sinergi ini menunjukkan komitmen bersama dalam mendorong pertumbuhan sektor-sektor vital yang mendukung pengembangan kota cerdas dan industri terkait,” ujarnya.
Delapan (8) paviliun negara turut tampil, antara lain Indonesia, Austria, Cina, Jerman, Korea Selatan, Singapura, Swiss, dan Turki. Dengan kehadiran berbagai negara, mencerminkan pentingnya kegiatan ini sebagai platform internasional untuk bertukar ide, teknologi dan inovasi terkini. “Kami mengajak para pengunjung untuk memperkaya wawasan dan membuka peluang kolaborasi lebih lanjut. Pameran ini memberikan gambaran langsung tentang inovasi mutakhir yang dapat diterapkan di berbagai sektor, baik di bidang teknologi air, pengelolaan limbah dan daur ulang, energi baru terbarukan dan kelistrikan, keamanan, kebakaran, SAR, penanggulangan bencana dan K3, maupun solusi kota cerdas.”
Berlangsung selama tanggal 18 – 20 September 2024 di Jakarta International Expo (JIExpo) Kemayoran, kolaborasi enam pameran ini dibuka secara resmi oleh Menteri Dalam Negeri yang diwakili oleh Dr. Drs. Amran MT, Plh. Direktur Jenderal Ditjen Bina Administrasi Kewilayahan Kementerian Dalam Negeri (Kemendagri) RI yang dalam sambutannya sangat mengapresiasi gelaran Indonesia International Smart City, Indo Firex, Indo Security, Indo Water, Indo Waste & Recycling, dan Indo Renergy 2024 Expo & Forum. Amran mengatakan, “Pameran dan forum internasional ini mengintegrasikan berbagai sektor industri dan merupakan bentuk manifestasi nyata dari komitmen dan kolaborasi antara Pemerintah dan seluruh pemangku kepentingan, termasuk akademisi, industri, masyarakat, dan media. Inisiatif ini bertujuan untuk menciptakan ruang diskusi yang konstruktif dalam rangka pemecahan masalah, demi mewujudkan konsep kota cerdas di berbagai daerah di indonesia.”
Amran menambahkan tantangan pengelolaan perkotaan yang semakin hari semakin kompleks seiring dengan menguatnya daya saing perkotaan sebagai pusat pertumbuhan ekonomi, pemerintahan, industri, jasa dan pusat kegiatan lainnya. Karena itu, lanjutnya, beberapa isu dalam pengelolaan perkotaan perlu mendapatkan atensi yang lebih baik. “Acapkali dalam pengelolaan perkotaan sering muncul ego sektoral yang menjadi penghambat dalam kolaborasi. Kemudian seringkali inovasi yang dihadirkan belum maksimal dan juga ekspektasi yang besar dari masyarakat terhadap pemerintah untuk memberikan pelayanan yang baik,”ungkap Amran.
Dalam kesempatan yang sama, Ervan Maksum Deputi Bidang Sarana dan Prasarana Kementerian PPN/Bappenas juga menyampaikan, “Penyelenggaraan Indo Water dan Indo Waste & Recycling menandakan tingginya komitmen yang dimiliki bersama dalam pembangunan Indonesia di sektor air minum dan sanitasi. Acara ini menjadi ajang dalam memperkenalkan teknologi-teknologi baru dibidang air, pengelolaan limbah daur ulang dan bidang lainnya dalam menghadapi tantangan global saat ini,”ujar Ervan.
Hal ini menurut Bappenas sejalan dengan isu dan arah kebijakan pembangunan Bappenas dalam pembangunan air minum dan sanitasi dalam 20 tahun ke depan, yakni menjadi negara nusantara yang berdaulat. “Sanitasi yang aman menjadi dasar setiap kebutuhan rumah tangga. Visi besar Indonesia 2045 yakni mencapai 100 persen akses air layak minum, 100 persen air siap minum perpipaan perkotaan dan 70 persen akses sanitasi aman,” ungkap Ervan.
