Apa Arti Pemeliharaan PLTA? Dan Apa Tujuannya?

Pemeliharaan adalah memelihara merawat serta menjaga setiap saat agarinstalasi PLTA beserta alat-alat bantunya selalu dalam kondisi siap operasi. Sedangkan yang dimaksud Overhaul disini adalah jenis pemeliharaan terencana yang dilakukan secara periodik. Pelaksanaan pemeliharaan ini secara umum ditentukan oleh jam kerja mesin yang telah mencapai/mendekati batas yang telah ditentukan. Pemeliharan yang dimaksud diatas adalah pemeliharaan terencana secaraperiodik yang terdiri dan Annual Inspection, General Inspection, dan Major Overhaul.

Pemeliharaan Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Air (PLTA) bertujuan untuk menjaga keandalan dan efisiensi operasi, memperpanjang umur ekonomis aset, serta meningkatkan keselamatan dan keandalan pasokan energi listrik. Hal ini dicapai melalui inspeksi, pengujian, pembersihan, perbaikan, dan penggantian komponen yang aus atau rusak. Pemeliharaan yang efektif dapat membantu PLTA beroperasi secara optimal, menghasilkan energi listrik yang maksimal dengan biaya yang minimal, dan meminimalisir risiko kerusakan.

Overhaul

Batasan jam kerja PLTA sebelumnya telah disepakati pada forum diskusi pemeliharaan tanggal 06 Februani 1987, dimana pada diskusi tersebut batas selangwaktu untuk Major Overhaui (MO) dibagi tiga pola yaitu :

  • Pola A, pada pola ini unit pernbangkit (PLTA) melaksanakan MO setelah unit mencapai interval 40.000 jam kerja.
  • Pola B, pada pola mi unit pembangkit (PLTA) melaksanakan MO setelah unit mencapai interval 60.000 jam kenja.
  • Pola C, pada pola ini unit pembangkit (PLTA) melaksanakan MO setelah unit mencapai interval 80.000 jam kerja

Untuk pemeliharaan Annual Inspection dan General Inspection pelaksanaannya disesuaikari dengan selang waktu tiap-tiap pola tersebut. Kegiatan pemeliharaan yang dilakukan mencakup pemeriksaan, perbaikan, penyempurnaan, penggantian, penyetelan, pengujian dan lain sebagainya. Kegiatan yang dilakukan tiap jenis pemeliharaan adalah sebagai berikut :

  • Annual lnspection

Ruang lingkup kegiatan Annual Inspection meliIputi pemeriksaan, pengukuran dengan membuka manhole atau bagian lain tanpa melepaskan bagian utama, penyetelan, perbatikan kecil dan dilakukan pengujian. Hall ini biasanya dilaksanakan setiap satu tahun sekali dalam satu tahun anggaran karena ruang lingkup pekerjaan seperti tersebut di atau maka memenlukan waktu relatif pendek.

  • General Inspection

Ruang lingkup kegiatan General Inspection meliputi pemeriksaan, pengukuran dengan membuka manhole dan bagian lain tampa atau melepas bagian utama bila perlu, penyetelan, perbaikan, penggantian (bukan peralatan utama) dan dilakukan pengujian. Dengan demikian pelaksanaan GI memerlukan waktu lebih lama dari Al dan dilaksanakan pada pertengahan MO.

  • Major Overhaul

Ruang lingkup kegiatan Major Overhaul meliputi pembongkaran total, perbaikan, pemeriksaan, pengukuran, penyetelan, penggantian peralatan dan dilakukan pengujian karena dilakukan pembongkaran dibagian utama maka waktu yang diperlukan relative lebih lama dari GI.

Pengujian

Sebenarnya kegiatan pengujian yang dilakukan adalah merupakan bagian dari pemeliharaan. Pengujian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui atau sebagai tolok ukur bahwa pemeliharan yang dilaksanakan telah sesuai dengan tujuannya. Pengujian yang dilakukan paling tidak akan memberi gambaran untuk kerja mesin nantinya bila beroperasi kembali atau paling tidak untuk mengetahui keberhasilan pemeliharaan dengan membandingkan hasil pengujian sebelun dan sesudah pemeliharaan.

Mengingat pentignya pengujian maka pelaksanaannya harus dilakukan dengan hati-hati, teliti dan tepat. Hasil pengujian harus dipelajari, dicatat dan disusun dengan sebaik-baiknya. Jenis pengujian yang dilakukan tergantung jenis pemeliharaan, karena masing-masing berlainan tergantung pada tingkat pemeliharaan itu sendiri. Pengujian sebelum pemeliharaan digunakan sebagai pembanding pengujian sesudah pemeliharaan sehingga dapat diketahui tingkat keberhasilan dari pemeliharaan tersebut.

Pemeliharaan pada generator bertujuan untuk memeriksa atau melakukan serangkaian tindakan serta proses untuk mempertahankan kondisi dan meyakinkan bahwa generator dapat berfungsi sebagaimana mestinya serta mencegah terjadinya gangguan yang menyebabkan kerusakan. Beberapa jenis pemeliharaan pada generator adalah sebagai berikut:

  • Pemeliharaan generaor
  • Pemeliharaan oli bearing
  • Pemeliharaan kebocoran pipa

Pada gambar diatas terdapat beberapa siklus pemeliharaan periodic maintenance yang disimbolkan dengan huruf M, CI/C dan T. dimana masing-masing memiliki singkatan dari M adalah Predictive Maintenance (PM), CI/C adalah Corrective Maintenance (CM), dan T adalah Time-based Maintenance (TBM). Untuk penjelasan masing-masingnya adalah sebagai berikut:

  • Predictive Maintenance (PM)

Pemeliharaan yang dilakukan dengan cara memprediksi kondisi suatu peralatan listrik, apakah dan kapan kemungkinannya peralatan listrik tersebut menuju kegagalan, dengan memprediksi kondisi tersebut dapat diketahui gejala kerusakan secara dini, pemeliharaan yang berdasarkan atas analisa dan evaluasi kondisi operasi mesin dengan sasaran mengoptimalkan ketersediaan mesin pembangkit dan biaya pemeliharaan.

  • Corrective Maintenance (CM)

Pemeliharaan yang dilakukan dengan berencana pada waktu-waktu tertentu ketika peralatan listrik mengalami kelainan atau untuk kerja rendah pada saat menjalankan fungsinya dengan tujuan untuk mengembalikan pada kondisi semula disertai perbaikan dan penyempurnaan instalasi. Tindakan korektif berdasarkan pengamatan, berikut dapat diambil untuk tindakan yang diperlukan.

  • Time-Based Maintenance Maintenance (TBM)

Pemeliharaan yang dilaksanakan untuk mencegah terjadinya kerusakan peralatan secara tiba-tiba dan untuk mempertahankan untuk kerja peralatan yang optimum sesuai umur teknisnya. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan secara berkala dengan berpedoman kepada Instruction Manual dari pabrik, standar- standar yang ada (IEC, CIGRE, dan lain-lain). Definisinya adalah kegiatan pemeliharaan terhadap komponen atau peralatan yang regular (rutin) dan terencana PM terdiri dari inspeksi terjadwal, pembersihan, pelumasan, dan pergantian/perbaikan.
