Kualifikasi Umum:
- Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, sustainability, business, or a related field; master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in project management with a focus on developing carbon capture projects.
- In-depth knowledge of carbon markets, climate change policies, and environmental regulations.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders and build strong relationships.
- Leadership experience and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Ability to speak and write fluently in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
Project Management:
- Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of carbon capture projects.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborate extensively with internal teams, including internal project manager, impact project developer, finance, and the senior leadership teams to gather project requirements and ensure seamless project execution.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with project partners, government agencies, NGOs, service providers, third-party consultants, and regulatory bodies to ensure project alignment and timelines are met.
Carbon Project Development:
- Stay abreast of the latest developments in the carbon market and regulatory landscape.
- Ensure all carbon offset projects comply with relevant environmental regulations and standards, including those set by Verra, Puro Earth, and Gold Standard.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with project implementation.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Conduct thorough data analysis to measure and report the impact of carbon reduction projects.
- Prepare comprehensive reports for internal stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators and project outcomes.
Team Leadership and Mentoring:
- Supervise and mentor internal team members.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment, working closely with internal teams to ensure effective communication and coordination.
