Kualifikasi Umum
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering.
- At least 3 years of experience in the electrical field (consulting, construction, or industrial sector).
- Familiar with national (SNI) and international (IEC) electrical standards.
- Proficient in technical design software (e.g., AutoCAD, ETAP, Digsilent).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Preferably holds an Electrical Safety (K3) Certificate or equivalent.
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for Solar PV systems.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and recommend improvements.
- Prepare maintenance reports and technical documentation.
- Ensure O&M activities comply with safety standards and company procedures.
- Coordinate field technicians and contractors.
- Monitor plant performance (availability, generation, and KPIs) to maximize system efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to resolve technical issues and improve service.
