Kualifikasi Umum
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in proposal, engineering, or renewable energy projects.
- Good understanding of Solar PV systems, electrical systems, and energy solutions.
- Able to read and understand technical drawings and specifications.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with AutoCAD/PVsyst is a plus.
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to work with deadlines.
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals for energy and Solar PV projects.
- Review project requirements, tender documents, and client specifications.
- Develop system concepts, technical calculations, and preliminary Solar PV designs.
- Prepare BOQ, cost estimation, and project pricing.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and business development teams.
- Respond to client inquiries and provide technical clarification during the tender process.
- Support presentations and negotiations with clients to ensure proposals meet project requirements.
