Perkembangan teknologi pada otomotif salah satunya adalah mobil listrik. Masyarakat Indonesia banyak yang meminati mobil listrik dilihat dari meningkatnya penggunaan kendaraan ini.
Semakin meningkatnya penggunaan dan produksi mobil listrik, pasti juga akan membutuhkan lebih banyak ahli untuk merawat dan memperbaiki kendaraan ini. Mobil listrik memerlukan perlakuan yang sedikit berbeda dari mobil biasa. Maka dari itu, teknisi mobil listrik yang ahli semakin dibutuhkan dalam industri otomotif.
Pemerintah Memfasilitasi Pengembangan SDM Teknisi Mobil Listrik
Mobil listrik berperan penting dalam perkembangan industri otomotif Indonesia. Menurut Kementrian Perindustrian, dalam Rencana Pengembangan Industri Nasional (RIPIN), prioritas pengembangan otomotif pada periode 2020-2025 adalah pengembangan kendaraan listrik, termasuk komponen utamanya seperti baterai, mobil listrik, dan inverter.
Dalam RIPIN, program industri otomotif memiliki target peningkatan sebanyak 20%. Peningkatan ini ditargetkan agar banyak kendaraan listrik yang beroperasi di Indonesia pada tahun 2025. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa Indonesia sudah mulai masuk ke era kendaraan listrik.
Semakin meningkatnya kendaraan listrik yang beroperasi, maka semakin banyak pula Stasiun Pengisian Kendaraan Listrik Umum (SPKL). Hingga saat ini, sudah ada 63 titik SPKL di Jakarta yang bisa digunakan oleh pemilik kendaraan listrik, termasuk mobil listrik.
Menteri Ketenagakerjaan, Ida Fauziyah menyatakan bahwa kebutuhan teknisi kendaraan listrik yang kompeten dan berkualifikasi di industri ini akan meningkat. Kementerian Ketenagakerjaan akan bekerjasama dengan PT Hyundai Motor Manufacturing Indonesia (HMMI) dalam melaksanakan pelatihan teknisi kendaraan listrik. Melihat dukungan penuh dari pemerintah, kita makin tahu Indonesia berpotensi dalam mengembangkan mobil listrik.
