Kualifikasi Umum
- Bachelor in Electrical Engineering.
- Able to communicate and report efficiently and effectively with various stakeholders both internal and external.
- Understand the concept of PV systems energy source, Conversion and practical system sizing.
- Familiar with electricity standards and guidelines related to PV Systems.
- Proficient in installation, operation and maintenance of Electrical Components such as Switchgears (MCB, MCCBs, Contactors), Protective devices (SPD, Earth Leakage Relay), Transformers.
- Familiarity with MV Switchgear and protection systems would be an advantage.
- Proficient in installation, operation and maintenance of PV Systems components, MPPT, On Grid Inverters (String and Micro inverters), Off Grid Inverters, Hybrid Inverters and Battery Systems.
- Familiarity with Control systems, PLC, SCADA system, Diesel Generator, AVR, DG Controller and EV Charger would be an advantage.
- Proficient in using AutoCad/Eplan/PVsyst. Familiarity with Sketchup and Homer Pro would be an advantage.
- Familiar with basic Health & Safety (K3) and Electrical Safety (K2) and best work practices.
- Knowledgeable and proficient in the proper usage of mechanical and electrical measurement tools and devices (ie. Caliper, Multimeter, Current Clamp Meter, Insulation Tester, Earth tester, I-V Curve tester, Voltage and Current Transformers).
- Knowledgeable and proficient in the proper usage of mechanical and electrical Hand Tools.
- Proficient user in Microsoft Office/Google Work Suite especially data processing with Excel/Gsheet (especially Pivot, Vlookup, Indirect, Concatenate, etc).

- Monitor and Maintain performance of assets within targets.
- Maintain Maximum availability of operations and monitoring of assets.
- Troubleshoot issues, solve and/or make Recommendations to stakeholders.
- Handle Customer inquiry and complainsCoordinate and schedule customer visit and maintenance.
- Periodic reporting of availability, performance, troubleshooting issues and maintenance.
- Conduct Site Visit inspections, Maintenance, troubleshooting or occasional assistance for other departments.
