Kualifikasi Umum
- Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Physics, Energy Engineer, Mechanical, Architecture or related field
- At least 1 year in sustainability, green building certification, and/or building performance
- Having knowledge of building system
- Having experience in building design, construction, and/or building operational
- Solid understanding of national and international sustainability, green building, energy-related policies and standards (regulation, SNI, ASHRAE, etc)
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Conduct green building calculations and analysis in accordance with applicable standards and requirements.
- Perform building simulations related to green building and sustainability, including energy, lighting, and microclimate analysis.
- Prepare technical green building reports in both Indonesian and English.
- Participate in coordination meetings and site surveys as required.
- Present project progress and findings to relevant stakeholders.
- Added value: Competency certificate in Green Building is highly desirable
