Kualifikasi Umum
- Experience in environmental management, preferably within construction, infrastructure, or energy projects.
- Familiar with Indonesian environmental regulations and construction-site environmental management.
- Familiar with C-ESMP and international environmental standards, particularly World Bank/IFC requirements.
- Able to conduct environmental inspections, risk identification, monitoring, and reporting.
- Experience in hazardous waste management and environmental documentation is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and able to coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, clients, and external stakeholders.
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Manage project environmental activities and implement the C-ESMP, World Bank/IFC environmental guidelines, and applicable Indonesian environmental regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections covering wastewater, dust, solid waste, hazardous waste, noise, and soil protection.
- Supervise hazardous waste classification, storage, transfer, disposal, and maintain the related documentation and records.
- Monitor environmental indicators, identify environmental risks, and implement appropriate preventive and corrective measures.
- Support the investigation, handling, and closure of environmental incidents and non-compliance findings.
- Ensure ecological protection measures are implemented to minimize impacts on vegetation, water bodies, soil, and surrounding communities.
- Conduct environmental training, toolbox briefings, and awareness sessions for project personnel and subcontractors.
- Prepare environmental weekly/monthly reports, environmental records, monitoring documents, and inspection materials.
- Support environmental disclosure, community communication, complaint handling, and follow-up activities under the C-ESMP.
- Maintain complete environmental documentation and ensure records meet project, owner, and World Bank/IFC review requirements.
