Adapun terhitung laba sepanjang periode 2021, PT ini telah meraup sekitar 180 Miliar, sehingga layak mendapatkan skor assessment Good Corporate Governance (GCG) dengan perolehan 85,48 poin yang artinya perusahaan mendapat predikat “baik” dalam pengelolaannya.
Program PT Geo Dipa Energi
PT Geo Dipa Energi terus mencoba melebarkan sayapnya dalam usaha menghasilkan energi baru terbarukan, seperti tahun 2021 ketika perusahaan merilis satu program baru yang bertajuk First Blow PLTP Small Scale Dieng.
Pada program tersebut rencananya PT Geo Dipa Energi berencana untuk menambah 130 MW sumber energi yang akan dikonversikan menjadi energi listrik. Sebagai perbandingan, 1 MW mampu membuat 1000 rumah dialiri oleh listrik, jadi dapat terbayang betapa luar biasanya program dari PT Geo Dipa Energi ini.
17 Target PT Geo Dipa Energi
Selain terfokus pada pemenuhan kebutuhan sumber daya energi nasional melalui program EBT yang bersumber dari energi panas bumi saja, PT ini juga memiliki tujuan lain yang disebut strategi berkelanjutan.
Strategi berkelanjutan ini tertuang pada rencana program yang berjumlah 17, di antaranya adalah tanpa kemiskinan, tanpa kelaparan, kehidupan sehat dan sejahtera, pendidikan berkualitas, kesetaraan gender, air bersih dan sanitasi layak. Energi bersih dan terjangkau, pekerjaan layak dan pertumbuhan ekonomi, industri, inovasi, dan infrastruktur, berkurangnya kesenjangan, kota dan permukiman berkelanjutan. Konsumsi dan produksi yang bertanggung jawab, penanganan perubahan iklim, ekosistem lautan, ekosistem daratan, perdamaian, keadilan, dan kelembagaan yang tangguh.

Misalnya penggunaan air yang tidak akan pernah terlepas dalam salah satu faktor proses produksi pembangkit listrik. Mereka memahami betapa pentingnya peran air bagi sumber kehidupan senantiasa menjaga efektifitas dan efisiensi dalam pemanfaatan sumber air. perusahaan yang telah mengantongi izin penggunaan air ini berusaha meminimalkan peran air yang tidak diperuntukan untuk membantu proses pembangkit listrik.
Selain itu, untuk menjaga pemakaian air supaya tetap dalam zona wajar, mereka juga memasang alat pemantau seperti flowmeter, serta menerapkan teknik Zero Discharge yakni mengembalikan air yang berasal dari perut bumi kembali ke perut bumi. Ada juga pengolahan limbah B3 dan Non B3 yang dilakukan oleh pihak mereka untuk nantinya akan dimanfaatkan kembali atau diberikan untuk pihak ke-3.
Kepedulian lingkungan lainnya yang dilakukan oleh PT Geo Dipa Energi adalah memperhatikan keanekaragaman hayati, sebab namanya penggunaan energi panas bumi, pasti perusahaan memanfaatkan suatu lingkungan tertentu untuk dijadikan suatu lokasi pembangunan.

Terutama dalam hal ini PT Geo Dipa Energi berusaha mengikuti aturan yang ditetapkan dalam Peraturan Pemerintah tahun 2011 sesuai PP No. 62/2011 yang berkonsentrasi pada energi panas bumi atau energi geotermal.
Maka dari itu, PT Geo Dipa Energi melalui usahanya memproduksi energi PLTP berkontribusi kepada target pemerintah yang menginginkan Indonesia agar mampu mengurangi emisi sebesar 6 juta ton di tahun 2035 nanti.
