Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction management, or a related field (similar)
- Relevant industry experience in project management or construction management Minimum 7 years’ experience in EPC, Renewable Energy, especially PLTS Project (IPP or C&I)
- Strong understanding of battery-storage and solar (Photovoltaic) power systems Ability to work within a local and international team
- Strong understanding and skills of EPC business process
- Have a strong leadership
- Willing to travel as required on occasion
- Ability to motivate and develop others
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- To lead the development and implementation of procurement policies to support contract management, spend analytics and supplier performance management.
- Plan, develop, lead, and manage all the procurement related activities of the company for solar modules, Inverters, MMS, Cables, BOS & other components as needed.
- Setting up processes for vendor evaluation / selection/ desesperet, help company to identify and develop quality vendors across strategic locations.
- Getting the best rates in the industry while ensuring best quality, delivery and payment terms.
- Strategic procurement: entering rate contracts with vendors, tracking market trends, taking calls on size of orders to minimize total cost.
- Manage procurement activities for both distributed and open access projects
- Well versed with the applicable design standards, specification standards followed in the industry for various equipment.
- Conduct periodic comprehensive evaluation of vendors to ascertain better quality, cost and delivery terms.
- Material requirement planning: creating a plan for placing orders of critical materials based on orders in hand. Quality: developing and improving quality rating parameters
