Kualifikasi Umum:

  • It is required to have 3-5 years of similar expertise in Sales, particularly in developing New Sales Lead in Industrial / Engineering Sectors
  • Strong relationships with multiple customers including Commercial and Industrial accounts is mandatory.
  • A Hunter type, enjoy hunting new customer from B2B markets
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills are a must-have
  • Highly-determined in obtaining his/her objectives
  • Based in Indonesia and a citizen of Indonesia
  • Team player
  • Good time-management skills
  • Ability to travel required. Must have a can-do attitude and interest in advancing clean energy in Indonesia

Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

  • Generate Lead for the sales especially towards Automotive or Forestry Industries
  • Ensure tangible leads are generated for sales people
  • Work closely with the sales department to align sales and marketing strategies
  • Build, manage and coach a high-performing marketing team
  • Identify and plan differentiated and impactful marketing strategies/materials
  • Drive the implementation of marketing campaigns that meet business objectives and drive leads
  • Actively scout for leads using marketing research, various online search tools and data banks available online
  • Build long term relationships with employees, clients, government officials and stakeholders
  • Manage marketing partners
