Kualifikasi Umum
• Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering or Market development;
• At least 8 years of working experience, 3 years of experience in energy project development.
• PV technology or business background in solar PV industry or new energy industry;
• Worked in reputable project development company or EPC company.
• Good network with financial institution, government bodies, grid companies or distribution companies and environment bureau;
• The workplace should be based in Jakarta.
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
• Actively look for investment opportunities in public Utilities Scale / Micro-grid project; review and evaluate project opportunities and formulate appropriate strategies for project implementation;
• Support due diligence and investigate project background, resources, site assessment, feasibility study, environment and risk assessment, and acquire land through land lease agreements or purchases;
• Analyze economic, legal and demographic factors affecting project development;
• Direct and manage the whole process of project development, using appropriate tools to plan and schedule project timetables and milestones, tracking project milestones and deliverables;
• Formulate and submit progress reports, proposals and documents, actively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises and formulate contingency plans;
• Actively support the work of internal team members and contractors, including EPC and operation and maintenance;
• Participate in the IPP tender issued by PLN or its subsidiary.
