Kualifikasi Umum
• Indonesia local people, mother tongue is Bahasa
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering or Economics, Master would be an advantage
• Between 30-45 years old, no less than 7 year’s work experience
• A minimum of 5 years successful B2B sales experience ideally in ESS/PV/inverter, but also in related industries (electronica applications, energy, etc.)
• Good understanding of the local PV/ESS or solar inverter market
• Strong negotiation, communication and organization skills
• Must have basic knowledge of solar power plant designing concepts. Basic understanding of energy yield concepts of solar and wind plants using simulation software such as HOMER, PV SYST/ Windpro, ACAD etc.

– Capturing arising market opportunities of solar PV + BESS
– Acquisitions of new customers
– Increase revenues, profitability and cash flow for the company according to established KPIs
– Support marketing activities and market communications
– Building and demonstrating understanding of the market and industry
– Development and implementation of action plans for reaching the quarterly and annual targets of the company.
