Kualifikasi Umum:
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business Administration, or related disciplines from reputable university
- A 2 – 3 years’ experience in ESG, sustainability, corporate social responsibility, or a related area.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing ESG strategies within an organization.
- Familiarity with ESG regulations, standards, and experience in ESG reporting.
- Experience in managing projects, particularly those related to sustainability and corporate social initiatives.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Up-to-date knowledge of global ESG trends, practices, and regulatory changes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging effectively with stakeholders and conveying complex ESG concepts.
- Ability to develop strategic approaches to integrate ESG into business practices.
Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
- Create and implement comprehensive strategies that align with the company’s goals in environmental sustainability, social responsibility, and ethical governance.
- Ensure adherence to ESG-related regulations and standards. Oversee the preparation and publication of ESG reports and manage internal and external ESG audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including associations, regional, shareholders, employees, communicate the company’s ESG initiatives and progress.
- Supervise the collection and analysis of ESG data to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Lead the stakeholders to ESG initiatives, promoting a culture of sustainability and ethical practices within the organization.
