Kualifikasi Umum
· A minimum 15 years experience as Sales or Business Development Manager
· Preferably also with at least 10 years experiences in Oil and Gas, Electricity, or other types of Renewable Energy such as Wind and Solar
· Having strong integrity and work ethics.
· Excellent presentation and communication skills.
· Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with and influence a diverse population, multiple levels of an organization and various cross-functions

• Responsible for overall Indonesia sales performance
• Prepare the annual budget and detail business plan including yield monitoring analysis, quarterly accounts and management reports.
• Make full use of market intelligence such as competitors, product profile and product price to enlarge market share
• Responsible to develop and strategies the product positioning in the market
