Kualifikasi Umum
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Energy, Project Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in solar PV/renewable energy.
- Strong understanding of solar PV project development and implementation.
- Proficient in project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and reporting.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Able to manage multiple projects and work under deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee solar PV and energy consulting projects from initiation to completion.
- Manage project scope, timeline, budget, resources, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and project requirements.
- Identify project risks and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Prepare project reports, presentations, and progress updates for management and clients.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to agreed specifications.
