Kualifikasi Umum
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Forestry, Environmental Science, Social Science, Development Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sustainability, community development, farmer empowerment, agribusiness partnerships, or development programs.
- Proven experience in team leadership, farmer engagement, and field program coordination.
- Strong understanding of sustainability, ESG, SDGs, and good agricultural practices.
- Experienced in program planning, budgeting, KPI setting, monitoring, evaluation, and reporting.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of corn value chains, farmer learning centers (CEC), demonstration plots, and Farmer Field Day programs is an advantage.
- Experience in partnership proposals, impact measurement, and sustainable agriculture is preferred.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; good English skills are an advantage.
- Strong integrity, initiative, and willingness to travel for field activities.
- Placement: South Jakarta, Jakarta.
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Lead the implementation of sustainability and CSR programs, focusing on farmer empowerment and partnerships for corn and other agricultural commodities.
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with government institutions, business partners, NGOs, and local communities.
- Plan and coordinate farmer development programs, including training, demonstration plots, and Farmer Field Day activities.
- Lead and supervise the team to ensure effective program implementation and achievement of targets.
- Monitor program performance, evaluate social and economic impacts, and prepare reports based on measurable indicators.
- Manage partnership activities, including proposals, MoUs, agreements, documentation, and stakeholder follow-ups.
