Kualifikasi Umum

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in procurement and logistics.
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Excellent relationship management and strong negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of risk management and sustainability enhancement.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated capacity to collaborate within diverse, multidisciplinary teams and effectively manage stakeholder relationships across different levels.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to change.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan 

  • Inventory Management and Suppliers Coordination
  • Develop an efficient system for receiving, clearing, storing, and distributing supplies and equipment.
  • Manage inventory and office equipment, including field assets like vehicles, GPS devices, laptops, boats, generators, and solar panels, ensuring regular maintenance and accurate records.
  • Facilitate equipment mobilization and demobilization to and from the field.
  • Research and evaluate potential suppliers, maintaining up-to-date supplier information.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and quality procurement.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Prepare procurement forms, identify project and maintenance materials, ensuring approval by relevant staff in consultation with the Finance Manager and Operational/Technical team.
  • Collaborate closely with vendors, the Finance team, and other team members of Forest Carbon as necessary to procure materials, services, and supplies with particular attention to cost control, quality, and timely delivery.
  • Logistics and Transportation Management
  • Understanding the logistical requirements of the team, including factors such as the frequency of travel, the number of team members involved, and the nature of the activities being undertaken.
  • Coordinate transportation and lodging arrangements for team members, ensuring efficient and cost-effective solutions.
  • Confirm travel reservations and manage documentation for foreign employees and visits, adhering to relevant regulations and protocols.
  • Compliance Management and Reporting
  • Oversee advance cash and petty cash payments to team members, maintaining accurate records and adhering to financial policies.
  • Provide regular reports on logistics and procurement activities to the Finance Manager, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with HSSE (Health, Safety, Security & Environment) protocols for all Forest Carbon employees, promoting a safe and secure working environment.
