Kualifikasi Umum
- Minimum SMK/D3 in Environmental Engineering, Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a WWTP/WTP Operator in a manufacturing company (fresh graduates with knowledge of water treatment are welcome to apply).
- Understanding of clean water treatment (WTP) and wastewater treatment (WWTP) processes.
- Ability to monitor water quality parameters and operate pumps, filters, dosing pumps, and supporting equipment.
- Understanding of chemical usage in treatment processes and occupational health & safety (K3).
- Willing to work in a shift system.
- Detail-oriented, disciplined, responsible, and able to work well in a team.
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Operate and monitor WWTP and WTP facilities to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct routine inspections of machines, pumps, tanks, and supporting utilities.
- Ensure treated water quality complies with company standards and regulations.
- Record operational parameters and prepare daily reports.
- Perform chemical dosing according to operational procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area and perform basic equipment maintenance.
- Coordinate with the Maintenance team to resolve system issues.
