KUALIFIKASI:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in engineering disciplines, preferably in Electrical Engineering , or a related field
- A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in designing and starting up electrical systems for onshore oil and gas production facilities or similar environments
- Experience in completing one full cycle of an EPC project
- Adequate knowledge of applicable codes and standards, including those issued by IEC, IEEE, API, NEC, NEMA, and SNI
- Proficiency in using software for electrical system design, such as ETAP or similar programs
- Strong understanding of onshore operational safety standards and procedures
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken
DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN:
- Implement best engineering practice in the design of electrical equipment for production facilities, in compliance with regulatory codes and standards, and adhere to budget constraints
- Coordinate all relevant parties (third-party contractors and vendors) in the procurement and construction of electrical equipment for the all production facilities to ensure that quality progress, and costs meet project goals, and recommend recovery plans when necessary.
- Monitor performance, and conduct management of change when necessary, to fullfill operational needs and ensure the realibity and availability of electrical equipment in production facilities
- Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining various electrical system used in production, facilities and implementing engineering approach to ensure that all equipment is in good working to meet operation needs.
