Kualifikasi Umum
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 7 years of experience.
- Familiarity with renewable energy, solar industry standards and regulations.
- Ability to lead project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to details.
- Excellent organizational, time management, leadership, and decision-making skills.
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Assist the Project Manager in managing work on the site in accordance with specifications, methods, systems and implementation stages.
- Ensuring the Project performance (Quality, Time, Cost & HSSE).
- Verify daily and weekly reports from contractors.
- Coordinate all stakeholders involved in the site.
- Able to ensure the mechanical, electrical and civil work of the solar PV power plant according to standards.
