KUALIFIKASI:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Public Policy, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in ESC sustainability or related roles, preferably in forestry, natural resources, or land-use sectors.
- Proven track record in managing stakeholder relations, sustainability reporting, and policy engagement.
- Skills: 3. Strong knowledge of global ESC standards and frameworks (e.g., SASB, SDGs, TCFD, Verra, ESG). 4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian. 5. Proficiency in data analysis, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN:
- Stakeholder Engagement: Manage communications, relationships, and reporting with investors, financial institutions, and donors for sustainable finance initiatives.
- Policy and Framework Development: Develop, implement, and monitor ESC-related policies and the company’s impact framework to align with regulatory standards and goal-setting.
- Sustainability Reporting: Prepare Sustainability Reports in line with international standards and create public communication materials to highlight the company’s sustainability practices and programs.
- Communications Strategy: Develop and implement a demographical awareness and biogeographical planning system to help local and land-use sectors through strategic context, campaigns, and partnerships.
- Advocacy and Representation: Represent the company in national and international forums, advocating for sustainable forestry and land-use policies and building alliances with key stakeholders.
