Technical Support Engineer

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Utilize a deep understanding of solar PV systems, PV inverters, and ESS (energy storage system) to support sales efforts.
  • Identify and qualify potential customers within the solar energy industry, including installers, developers, and utilities.
  • Utilize excellent technical writing skills to prepare detailed proposals, technical reports, and layout drawings.
  • Effectively communicate technical concepts and value propositions to customers through presentations and consultations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and industry partners to develop competitive proposals and solutions.
  • Support solar energy project bidding and proposal preparation processes as needed.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitive landscape.
  • Generate services reports and improve in training local installers/EPC to understand the advantages and features of Deye products.
  • Conduct diagnosis of technical defects, troubleshooting, and services/repair.
  • After sales service and product warranty.
