- Utilize a deep understanding of solar PV systems, PV inverters, and ESS (energy storage system) to support sales efforts.
- Identify and qualify potential customers within the solar energy industry, including installers, developers, and utilities.
- Utilize excellent technical writing skills to prepare detailed proposals, technical reports, and layout drawings.
- Effectively communicate technical concepts and value propositions to customers through presentations and consultations.
- Collaborate with internal teams and industry partners to develop competitive proposals and solutions.
- Support solar energy project bidding and proposal preparation processes as needed.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitive landscape.
- Generate services reports and improve in training local installers/EPC to understand the advantages and features of Deye products.
- Conduct diagnosis of technical defects, troubleshooting, and services/repair.
- After sales service and product warranty.
