
Kualifikasi Umum
- Bachelor degree with relevant certification in QSHE management, environmental science, or related fields
- Experience : 1 to 3 years of experience in similar role in health, safety, environment and quality within a fast paced organization
- Environment and quality within a fast paced organization
- High level of integrity, excellent team player
- Knowledge of QSHE regulations and best practices
- Excellent interpersonal skills and understanding of different cultures
- Good organizational skills
- Great communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to write clear and concise documentation
- Good analytical skills
- Proficient in MS Office and QSHE management software and tools
- Excellent command English are required.
- Willing to travel to Plant Sites
- Certification in QSHE management, environmental science or related fields.
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
The Sustainability Assistant plays a pivotal role in ensuring the effective implementation of Quality, Safety, Health and Environmental (QSHE) management within the organization. This role involves providing comprehensive administrative support for reviewing and monitoring QSHE plans, objectives and targets, as well as promoting a culture of safety and compliance. This position maintains relevant documentation, prepares reports, supports incident investigations and actively participates in quality and safety-related activities.
