Kualifikasi Umum
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business, Economics, Business Analytics, Food Systems, or other related fields.
- 3–5 years of experience in sustainability, ESG reporting, data analysis, or related roles.
- Good proficiency in sustainability data management, reporting, and data visualization, with the ability to analyse and interpret data into actionable improvements.
- Strong communication and coordination skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and stakeholders.
- Proactive, structured, and detail-oriented, with strong ownership and accountability in managing priorities and driving sustainability initiatives and outcomes.
- Willing to work on-site in Purwakarta, West Java.
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Manage and analyse sustainability and ESG-related data, including monitoring and performance tracking.
- Support the implementation of sustainability initiatives aligned with EWINDO’s “Breeding is Giving” framework through cross-functional and external collaboration.
- Translate sustainability data and insights into clear communication to support business operations and decision-making.
- Prepare sustainability reports and support compliance with relevant standards and requirements.
