Kualifikasi Umum
- Bachelor’s degree, major in related field from reputable University
- Minimum 5-year managerial position in Corporate Sustainability preferably with the palm oil industry (It Must)
- Strong experience in managing projects with multi-stakeholders
- Creative, good analytical & presentation skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Have knowledge of ESG practices & relevant laws and regulations
- Good verbal and written communication skills both in English and Indonesian
- Have good leadership, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Leads research & analysis to develop corporate sustainability strategies in line with the Group’s vision & mission
- Implements (in collaboration with related departments/ business units) certain sustainability projects including planning, budgeting, resource management, implementation, and evaluation of work results
- In charge of the preparation of ad hoc/ quarterly & annual reports for BOD, key stakeholders, and other parties
- Overall leader in the preparation, data collection & verification, design & content review, and tracking of the progress of SR annual publication
- Handles Sustainability database (Sustainability Management Info System). Serves as PIC for Sustainability Dept.’ control on documents/ policies.
- Identify, monitor, and analyze rating/ issues related to Environment Social and Governance (ESG) programs from external parties and provide recommendation for action to be taken to managers/ head division/ board of directors.
- Keeping updated with national/ global sustainability practices & issues to be used as benchmark/ reference in developing programs for improvement.
- Reviews analyze & monitor ratings/ ESG (Environment, Social & Governance) from rating agencies (ZSL, Sustainalytics, etc.), banks & investors…sometimes communicate directly to them, if needed.
- Coordinates with related PICs in the Sustainability Dept. in creating policies, and guidelines related to sustainability programs, progress, and monitoring of the Department’s targets.
