Kualifikasi :
- Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Agronomy, Certification, and Project Management
- Analysis of training needs and providing GAP training sessions for farmers.
- Experience managing field teams.
- Good knowledge of certification standards such as 4C, UTZ, and RA
- Proficiency in English
Deskripsi Pekerjaan :
- Lead certification programs, special projects, and crop research activities in Indonesia.
- Oversee certification programs and ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
- Manage sustainability projects while leading the team.
- Conduct audits and implement relevant standards.
- Participate in research to monitor coffee production and analyze market data.
