Kualifikasi Umum
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Engineering, Management, or related field.
- Professional certifications are a plus (e.g., GRI certified, CSRS certified, ESG trainer, ESG practitioner, Lead Auditor ISO 14001/50001, or equivalent).
- Minimum 4–5 years of experience in sustainability consulting, ESG reporting, environmental management, or related areas.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Excellent analytical, research, and report-writing skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power Point, Word).
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to sustainability principles.
- Capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Collaborative mindset with a passion for creating measurable impact.
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- The Sustainability Consultant will support clients in developing and implementing sustainability strategies, reporting frameworks, and climate-related initiatives. The role involves providing technical expertise, conducting assessments, and delivering data-driven insights to help organizations enhance their environmental and social performance in alignment with global standards and best practices.
- ESG and sustainability reporting: Support the preparation of sustainability and ESG reports in alignment with global frameworks such as GRI, TCFD, IFRS S1/S2, SASB, and SDGs.
- Carbon accounting and GHG management: Deliver carbon-related project under the GHG Protocol (Scopes 1, 2, and 3), ISO 14064 and ISO 14067 standards, product and corporate carbon footprinting, as well as decarbonization strategies including emission reduction pathways, energy efficiency, renewable energy solutions, Net Zero ambitions, and Science-Based Targets (SBTi).
- Assurance project: Execute pre-assurance and assurance project in alignment with standards such as AA1000AS, ISAE 3000, or equivalent for sustainability reporting and ESG disclosures.
- Advisory project: Execute sustainability advisory projects by conducting ESG assessments, developing tailored strategies and action plans, analysing sustainability data, and providing technical recommendations for initiatives such as decarbonization, circular economy, and renewable energy.
- Data analysis and verification: Conduct in-depth analysis and verification of ESG and sustainability data accuracy and initiatives, coordinate with client’s key person for data validation.
- Business development: Work alongside global sustainability team to pursue opportunities and build-up the client portfolio, collaborate with cross-functionally with sales and technical teams to design client solutions and proposals.
