Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree majoring in Electrical or Civil Engineering from reputable university
- Min. 1 year working experience in Solar PV Project
- Min. 2 years working experience as Electrical Engineer, or Sales, or Proposal Engineer / Cost Estimator
- Have a good written and verbal English skills
- Familiar with Ms. Office
- Have a good competence in Ms. Excel
- Have a great attention to details
- Familiar with Solargis, PVsyst, HelioScope and AutoCAD
- Familiar with logistic terms (i.e. incoterm)
- Have ability to read electrical engineering drawings
- Ready to work overtime if necessary
- Ability to work with minimum supervision, under pressure, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Active in organization
Scope of Work
- Interpreting RFQ from customer into technical design and engineering
- Performs site surveys to develop base design and installation plans
- Prepare technical and commercial proposal on time based on deadline from customer
- Support preparation of all necessary bidding documentation
- Liaise between Sales, Engineering, and Project Management Department
- Supporting Sales to establish, develop, and maintain relationships with customers
- Supporting Sales in tender negotiation and contract terms
- Supporting team internal work method development
- May manage respective vendors or subcontractors
- Reporting to Assistant Proposal Manager
