Kualifikasi Umum
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in solar power project design, development, and implementation (utility-scale or commercial rooftop projects preferred).
- Strong understanding of solar PV systems, including design, installation, commissioning, and maintenance.
- Proficient in using AutoCAD, PVsyst, Helioscope, and other solar system design or simulation software.
- Knowledge of local and international standards, regulations, and safety codes related to solar energy systems.
- Experience in project management, including scheduling, budgeting, and contractor coordination.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to prepare technical documentation, feasibility studies, and engineering reports.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with multidisciplinary teams.
- Willing to travel to project sites as required.

- Design, plan, and execute solar PV system projects from initial concept through to completion.
- Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to determine technical and financial project viability.
- Prepare engineering drawings, layouts, and technical specifications for solar power systems.
- Collaborate with procurement and construction teams to ensure proper material selection and installation quality.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and progress, ensuring all deliverables are met according to standards.
- Provide technical support during installation, commissioning, and testing phases.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations throughout all project stages.
- Coordinate with stakeholders including clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
- Troubleshoot system performance issues and propose improvement or optimization strategies.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and innovations in the solar and renewable energy sectors.
