Solar Panel Project Manager

Kualifikasi Umum

1. Over 1 year of experience as a photovoltaic project manager, having participated in more than 2 photovoltaic projects.
2. PMP certification is preferred.
3. Familiarity with mainstream photovoltaic equipment, network architecture, and delivery processes; relevant technical certifications are preferred.
4. Strong cross-departmental communication and coordination skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and teams.
5. Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing, capable of handling daily business communication;
6. Possesses a sense of responsibility and stress tolerance, able to adapt to high-intensity project schedules;
7. Demonstrates strong teamwork spirit and leadership, capable of leading a team to complete complex tasks.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

1. Responsible for preliminary research and investigation of photovoltaic projects, and formulating project plans and schedules.
2. Organize project construction, coordinate resources from all parties, and control construction progress and quality.
3. Strictly control project costs, identify and respond to various risks.
4. Responsible for project commissioning, acceptance, and completion documentation.
5. Maintain internal and external relationships to ensure the smooth progress of the project.
