Kualifikasi Umum
- Previous experience as solar technician and solar installer is important.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in solar installation.
- Good English communication skills.
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Bachelor of Electrical Engineering will be a plus).
- Experience in supervising commercial and industrial solar installation will be a plus.
- Ability to supervise off-grid systems will be a plus.
- Good project and time management skills.
- Team player who can work under minimum supervision.
- Have a strong desire to learn and seek continual personal and professional development.
- Willing to work in the field.
- Willing to be assigned outside of Bali for projects if needed.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office.
- Ability to use SketchUp will be a plus.
- Ability to use AutoCAD will be a plus.
- Have a driving license for motorcycle is mandatory.
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Design solar installations and protection systems.
- Prepare Bill of Quantity.
- Lead a solar installation team.
- Perform testing and commissioning tasks.
- Undertake quality control checks.
- Provide support in procurement activities when needed.
- Manage stakeholder liaison.
- Help the workers team during installation.
