Kualifikasi Umum
• Previous experience as solar technician and solar installer is important.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in solar installation.
• Good English communication skills
• Minimum bachelor’s degree in Engineering Graduated (Bachelor of Electrical Engineering will be a plus)
• Experience in supervising commercial and industrial solar installation will be a plus.
• Ability to supervise off-grid systems will be a plus.
• Good project and time management skills.
• Team player who can work under minimum supervision.
• Have a strong desire to learn and seek continual personal and professional development.
• Willing to work in the field.
• Willing to be assigned outside of Bali for projects if needed.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office.
• Ability to use Sketchup will be a plus.
• Ability to use Autocad will be a plus.
• Have a driving license for motorcycle is mandatory.
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
• Design solar installations and protection systems.
• Prepare Bill of Quantity.
• Lead a solar installation team.
• Perform testing and commissioning tasks.
• Undertake quality control checks.
• Provide support in procurement activities when needed.
• Manage stakeholder liaison.
• Help the workers team during installation.
