EHS Implementation in Mining Operation (Level 3)
• Identify the EHS risks or impacts typically associated with specific activities/products/services.
• Apply the procedure standard of EHS to ensure compliance with EHS regulations and legislation.
Contractor Management (Level 2)
• Understand the details of the scope of work of contractors according to contract.
• Able to supervise contractor’s works.
Safety Management (Level 3)
• Ensure implementation compliance of safety management systems within the scope of authority.
• Ensure compliance of safety aspects in SOP implementation.
• Provide valid input for improvement on policy and procedures of work accident handling.
• Conduct Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Determining Controls (HIRADC).
• Develop new standard operating procedures.
• Provide safety reports and statistics (internal).
• Act as secretary for departmental accident/incident investigations and provide reports.
• Develop lessons learned from accident/incident cases.
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Support EGS team in the preparation of document FEL 1, 2 and 3 study for environmental and sustainability aspects.
- Propose and prepare documents for tender processes regarding environmental studies to meet FEL 1, 2 and 3 requirements.
- Perform assessment and analysis on each environmental and sustainability study conducted by consultants to ensure progress remains on schedule and within contract timelines.
- Regularly track and monitor assigned environmental aspects (water, effluent, emission, energy, hazardous and domestic waste) and follow up corrective actions required from inspections and audit findings to ensure timely completion.
- Regularly monitor, consolidate data, analyze, and provide progress updates on environmental work programs and initiative studies for selected environmental aspects to understand achievement status.
- Follow and implement organizational policies to ensure the achievement of organizational objectives.
- Develop and continuously improve environmental work programs and initiatives KPI dashboards to monitor study progress and provide clear, understandable reports.
