Kualifikasi Umum
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Site Manager, preferably with experience in Solar Panel projects.
- Willing to be placed on project sites (both local and out-of-town).
- Familiar with material assessments, Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and prepare Cost of Goods Sold (HPP).
- Proficient in Ms. Office (Ms. Excel and Ms. Word) and Autocad 2D.
- Demonstrates leadership skills, good communication, analytical thinking, attention to detail, high initiative, and ability to work in a team.
- Honest, disciplined, and responsible.
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Lead and manage overall site operations to ensure project execution aligns with the schedule, budget, and quality standards.
- Monitor timelines, budget, and resource planning.
- Coordinate with project engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to resolve technical and operational issues.
- Manage site logistics, manpower allocation, material delivery schedules, and equipment readiness.
- Maintain proper site administration including documentation, permits, reports, attendance, and inventory.
