Kualifikasi Umum
- Bachelor Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering
- Experience PV Syst, Helioscope, Homer and Etap/digsilent
- Minimum 3-5 years similar experience in technical support / service engineer or related field.
- Experience in Renewable Energy Sector is highly desirable
- Good communication skill in English, both written or spoken
- Willing to travel frequently
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Oversee the resolution of customer inquiries and technical issues, ensuring timely and effective support for both pre-sales and after-sales activities
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical expertise during the pre-sales process, including product demonstrations, technical assessments, and proposal development
- Manage the implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of renewable energy systems, ensuring customer satisfaction and efficient problem resolution
- Develop and deliver training programs for the technical support team and customers to enhance product knowledge and support capabilities
- Continuously evaluate and improve technical support processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Maintain and stay updated on the latest advancements in renewable energy technologies and products to provide accurate and informed support.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement, and work with relevant teams to address these issues
- Ensure that all support activities comply with relevant regulations and standards, and maintain accurate and detailed documentation of support cases and resolutions
