Kualifikasi Umum
• Bachelor of Electrical or Mechanical engineering, renewable/solar energy field or equivalent
• Minimum 5-year experience in the Solar PV industry, experience in the roof-top solar power plant is a plus
• Willing to TRAVEL HEAVILY within the Java area
• Familiar with PLN and electricity authorities for solar PV
• Excellent skills in Project Management, PVsyst, AutoCAD, SketchUp, ETAP, and MS Office; and understands SCADA
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Solid mechanical, testing, and commissioning knowledge
• Thorough knowledge of solar photovoltaic systems and electrical system
• Ability to work under pressure and highly adaptable to changes
• Competent in conflict and crisis management
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
• Prepare project visibility studies, detailed design, BOQ, electrical design calculation, and drawing
• Determine suitable locations for solar PV installation based on site visits and risk assessments, and conduct site survey and evaluation
• Perform initial grid assessment
• Prepare technical specifications for EPC contractors, including but not limited to technical analysis
• Develop and review project plans
• Ensure safety procedures are in place for installation and maintenance.
• Oversee contractors’ works on installation and commissioning work.
• Prepare PV system simulation and yield assessment.
