Kualifikasi Umum
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field)
- 3+ years of experience in Solar PV engineering (EPC background is a plus)
- Proficient in design tools like Helioscope, PVSyst, AutoCAD, etc.
- Good understanding of grid impact studies and system modeling
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Experience leading client meetings and mentoring junior engineers
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Oversees the technical side of Solar PV projects from site assessments and system design to commissioning. The role includes design review, grid studies, cost validation, and ensuring installation quality and safety. Sr. PV Engineer also supports EPC processes, testing, and team development through best practices and training.
