• Lead the design of solar projects, including feasibility studies, concept designs, and detailed design
• Prepare engineering design documentation including calculations, SOW, specifications, datasheets, reports, drawings, etc.
• Ensure engineering and design documentation prepared by Solarion or an external engineering design contractor is compatible with statutory regulations, applicable standards, client requirements, and internal processes and procedures
• Participate in design risk assessment and safety studies
• Prepare and review engineering work packs for tender and purchase
• Provide owners with engineering coordination
• Support strategic bids and tenders, and assist with customer presentations as required
• Develop, mentor, and lead junior engineers
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
To be successful in this role you will be expected to have a degree in Electrical Engineering (or similar) and a record in successfully designing solar projects. With a passion for renewable energy, you will have:
• A qualification in Electrical Engineering and/or Renewables Energy study
• Experience with AutoCAD, PV SYST, and ETAP will be an advantage
• Extensive experience in the design, procurement, and construction of solar/renewable/hybrid power generation/energy storage or similar projects
• Knowledge of design standards and industry requirements
• Working understanding of HSE requirements
• Be productive and efficient, and have the ability to manage your time and priorities on a daily basis
• Have strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
• An open, approachable personality and a keen interest in mentoring younger engineers
• Ability to communicate (written and orally) in Bahasa and English
