Kualifikasi Umum
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Renewable Energy.
- 3 years of experience as Engineering in EPC company or Solar Power Industry
- Familiar with national and international electrical standards (IEC, IEEE, SPLN, PUIL, SNI).
- Proficient in Ms. Office (Excel & Word), AutoCAD, Helioscope, PVSyst, with knowledge Energy Conversion and Electrical Power Systems.
- Willingness to be placed on project sites (both local and out-of-town).
- Capable of performing job volume calculations, material assessments, and preparing Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
- Demonstrates leadership skills, good communication, analytical thinking, attention to detail, high initiative, and ability to work in a team.
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Lead and oversee the technical planning, feasibility studies, and engineering design for utility-scale solar power projects.
- Review and validate system designs, including PV system layout, electrical schematics, and single-line diagrams to ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards.
- Supervise and coordinate site surveys, geotechnical investigations, and topographical assessments for project development.
- Provide technical support during procurement, installation, testing, integration, and commissioning of solar PV systems.
- Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Mentor and guide field engineers, junior staff, and subcontractors, promoting knowledge-sharing and engineering excellence.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues arising during design, construction, and operational phases.
