Kualifikasi Umum:
- It is required to have 10+ years of similar expertise in Sales and Marketing, particularly in developing New Sales Lead
- Strong relationships with multiple customers including Commercial and Industrial accounts is mandatory.
- Great interpersonal and communication skills are a must-have
- Highly-determined in obtaining his/her objectives
- Based in Indonesia and a citizen of Indonesia
- Team player
- Good time-management skills
- Ability to travel required. Must have a can-do attitude and interest in advancing clean energy in Indonesia
Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
- Generate Lead for the sales
- Ensure tangible leads are generated for sales people
- Work closely with the sales department to align sales and marketing strategies
- Build, manage and coach a high-performing marketing team
- Identify and plan differentiated and impactful marketing strategies/materials
- Drive the implementation of marketing campaigns that meet business objectives and drive leads
- Actively scout for leads using marketing research, various online search tools and data banks available online
- Build long term relationships with employees, clients, government officials and stakeholders
- Manage marketing partners
